Please allow 48-72 hours for processing time. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your estimated date of delivery; usually within 5 - 7 days from the day your order ships. This may vary depending on your location.

If your item breaks or has a flaw, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send an email, with pictures of the damage/defect included. Once we receive your email and review it, we will reach out regarding your replacement options.

There are a few ways you can cleanse or recharge your items - the moon, the sun, salt, etc. But I personally use Full Moon light or Selenite charging pads. Be sure to research the safest way to charge/cleanse any crystals, as some methods may be damaging.

Really any essential oil is ok to diffuse on your lava beads, but some may be what is considered "hot oils."Skin may be sensitive to hot oils, such as peppermint or cinnamon. You may want to dilute them first. If you have any specific essential oils you have questions about, you can email directly and ask at heather@morrighansemporium.com.
